5. Subscription & Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
  • Automatic renewal of subscriptions unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • No refunds for partial periods of service

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeYati and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CodeYati, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
